  • I read the title and thought that you had your wisdom teeth removed

  • i thought u got spanked when I read the title. lol

  • Oooh, I've been thinking of reading that book.  How is it??

  • @CareyGLY - not too bad, though it lacks the excitement and sentimentality that i was looking for in a book.  it would've been better as a reader to have been to the many places mentioned in the story to really appreciate the book.  it also includes too many characters, thus looses the attention a reader should have on the main characters.  overall, 6 out of 10.

  • o man. biking. the most number of hours i lasted riding it was 2 hours and my legs were shaking. no sore cheeks for me though.

  • You know that's a good sore that pays off later

  • @Senlin - no lah, i had those removed a loooong time ago.

    @stevew918 - i can only wished ;p

@Renatojr3 - then you must've ridden it by lifting your bum up, right?  this way you put more pressure on your legs as you were almost standing most of the time.
@Wangium - nothing good came out of this.  i thought riding a bike would help in shaping your butt muscles but sad to say they are as flat as ever :(

  • yep, i wasn't sitting most of the time. i feel like going faster if i stand up.

  • What kind of bike do you have and where do you ride?

  • @rudyhou - Haha, if you find out the magic to a nice butt let me know   The last time I really went mountain biking was at a ski hill.  You rode the lift up and went down.  Was fun, but I held on too tight, my hands and forearms were sore afterwards.  I guess I was standing more than sitting, as I didn't have the sore butt cheeks.

  • @christao408 - i don't own a bike.  none of us who went there owns one.  we got the group package, where they provide you with bikes, gears, the guides, and bottles of water.  all we needed to do was to show up, listen to the instructions given by the guides, and then follow them.

@jabberwocky_rms - yeah, when the bike goes fast you tend to hold on a little extra tight.  when the path is rocky or goes downhill i tend to slow down, fearing that one false move might throw me off and off i land on the ground.  i gotta learn NOT to sit so much and start relying on my legs to keep me steady.

  • @rudyhou - Ah, there are some organizations like that here in Bangkok.  Nice way to see the country, although I have my own bike for everyday exploring.

  • @rudyhou - I found you don't want to go too slow.  The time I fell was when I was going really slow.  At a little bit of speed I was good.  But one spot I was worried so slowed down, then fell in a really easy spot.  So embarrassing, even ended up cutting my knee.  Yeah, you have to get off the seat a bit more.  And you only hold on extra tight due to fear

  • @christao408 - it's always nice to have your own but since i rarely go on biking, it would be a waste of money to get one.

@jabberwocky_rms - noted ;)  i'll try my best on the next trip.

  • Was it worth it?

  • RYC: tsk tsk, darling. Get back into it!

  • @Vitamin_D - i know, i know... just need to wait or my skin allergy to clear up.
