Maybe they would taste like tripe or intestine? Seems like it would be the same kind of texture. Not that I would know
I've eaten them before and they most definitely did NOT taste like chicken. Like the last poster, they did just taste like some organ meats!

@Senlin - from watching the discovery channel, a host of a food travel show tried it and the texture explained to resemble of that of a brain. so it must be soft and delicate.
@brooklyn2028 - which organ? i always thought it's soft just like brain.
@ElusiveWords - yes you do. think of it as just one of many varieties of offal meats. it's all in the head, matt. if you can eat pork knuckles, chicken feet, fish and crab eggs, then it shouldn't be a problem.
Let's see, I don't eat pork knuckles, chicken feet, kidneys, fish eggs or crab eggs. No intestines, lungs, brains, eyes, ...

hrm, Serbia could be a fun vacation. Wonder when the competition is for next year. I could go there next summer instead of the Canadian Arctic, hrm it could be interesting. You gonna come? Or Rudy you could pick up the cookbook and give them a try, haha
@jabberwocky_rms - i doubt they sell cookbooks with testicles in the recipes.
